Our quality inspection team has been provided with the responsibility to inspect and check the quality right from raw materials to the final production:
- The raw materials ( eg. Carbon Steel P355NB EN 10120 ) are selected carefully considering the operating conditions.
- MaxxiLine gas cylinders are designed to stringent renowned world standards EN ISO 11118:2015 (Non-refillable Cylinders) and to EN 13322-1 TPED (Refillable Cylinders).
- MaxxiLine Fire Extinguisher Tanks are manufactured in according to 2014/68/UE (PED) EN3-8 2007.

We conduct various approval tests before our producs are shipped, so that all gas bottles are perfectly manufactured in according to the set standards.

- Phase 1: hydrostatic test to check possible leaks.
- Phase 2: hydrostatic / pneumatic pressure burst test to verify structural seal, in respect of the specific regulations.
- Phase 3 : destructive tests: samples of production batches are subjected to fall, explosion and crush test, in respect of the legislation in force.

Final Inspection :

- Surface Finish External and Internal
- Paint Coat checks
- Accurate markings verification with lot identification for complete manufacturing history
